"After an emotional visit to a seriously ill family member in hospital, we were looked after by Emily, Harriet, Ryan and Charlie with such kindness - the team at Costa, Wetherby always make us feel welcome. The coffee was good quality and after missing meals with the daily visits to hospital, the pastries were really appreciated - we welcomed the chance to finally relax. You never really know what is happening in people's lives - kindness costs nothing and the team at Costa, Wetherby make a difference. They are genuinely kind and caring people - thank you :)"

"UPDATE: SInce my original review Costa has had makeover and WOW what a difference it's made! Whilst its not a total change of interior layout what's been done is stunning. Firstly there's a new counter - it's lower and and and far more customer friendly - and espresso machines. Then the seating area has been slightly re-planned and all the old furniture has been replaced with modern comfortable seating and tables. The whole place is a lot more inviting and welcoming, it makes you want to go back. The staff, I believe have changed too. Welcome back to Wetherby Costa! ________________________________ I like Costa but this branch is too small, is dark and dismal. Always have to ask for table to be wiped clean. Pleasant staff though!"

"Nice, but fairly small "usual" Costa coffee shop, which can get full at particularly busy times. Staff are friendly and efficient. The place has been here some time and is in need of some renovation, (especially the toilets) but still a nice place to relax."

"Regular place to have a coffee and snack while waiting for the wife to finish shopping. Always busy but usually get a seat. Never seen the same staff on duty on each visit but they're always helpful and polite. Nice atmosphere."
